welcome fall!

Fall is one of my favorite seasons! I love that the colors change, the air smells amazing (anyone know what I am talking about... it's hard to explain), the weather is a perfect not too hot/cold combo. Let's not forget halloween! Best holiday of the year! Which means I get to break out my fall decorations and pumkin spice candle!
I had to take some pictures last weekend. The weather outside was so nice, it was 70 degrees with a light breeze and a fun sunset! I just knew that it wasn't going to last long because the storm that you in utah got was coming our way!

Isn't this a cute? My awesome friend Kimberly made it for me!

We planted this little maple tree last month and it was fun to see the few leaves it had change to red!

Some pictures of my flower garden.
I love these leafy plants! We planted a few different kinds in front of our house and they are beautiful. Only they get a lot bigger than I thought and they kind of choked out some other plants! haha, but now that it is getting cooler, they are thinning out.

We worked really hard on our lawn and flower garden this year, and I am happy to say that it paid off.

Everything looks so beautiful, your flowers and trees are lovely!! I really like your stitch pumpkin frame, very cute. And I LOVE the raffia on your pumpkins, I think I will have to borrow that idea from you!!

So cute. Trace says that you absolutely love Halloween. Direct quote from him... "She likes to get all dressed up and cute-like!" We tried to call you last night but apparently when you called back Trace forgot to take his phone off of silent. I love the beautiful leaf pictures and decorations. Everything is very cute!

Oh, I LOVE the closeups of all the leaves. Maple leaves are one of my favorites--they have such a beautiful shape. The flowers also look gorgeous! I'm a sucker for such things, you know! Very pretty! I love Fall, too, and ya, I totally know what you mean about its "smell." So crisp and cozy!
